Belgrano has several school options; Lincoln is in La Lucila, Northlands has Olivos and Nordelta sites, and other schools operate multiple campuses farther north. Lincoln’s 2026–27 policy describes monthly dollar billing, a US$12,000 Capital Assessment for K5–Grade 12 entrants, a conditional 50% refund during the first school year, a 2% dollar prepayment discount and full-semester charges for mid-semester entry or withdrawal. Northlands: the non-profit school has campuses in Olivos and Nordelta and combines PYP, IGCSE, the IB Diploma and Argentine studies. The roughly 2,000-pupil figure dates to 2016. Its secondary fee estimate of ARS 4.9–18.2 million has unclear dates and inclusions. Washington School combines Argentine studies with Cambridge and IB programmes. ↗

Colegio Pestalozzi: founded in 1934 by Ernesto Alemann in opposition to Nazism, it developed as a German-Spanish school and offers the bilingual IB Diploma. Published material reports about 1,200 students. Goethe-Schule: founded in 1897 and located in Boulogne, it offers a German Abitur route. Other Swiss and Italian programmes should also be assessed by campus and qualification requirements.

Peso and dollar quotations can both change. Ask how much notice the school gives, whether changes can occur during the year and which contractual rules apply. A date on a quotation matters more than a general claim that a currency protects the family from inflation. ↗

Education administration differs between the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, so enrolment and recognition requirements depend on where the school is. International accreditation, IB authorisation and consular school lists serve different purposes; a consular listing is neither an inspection nor an admission guarantee. ↗

Argentine-calendar schools generally run from February or March to December, while Lincoln and BAICA follow Northern Hemisphere calendars. Placement depends on records and programme compatibility, not the calendar alone. ↗

Belgrano, Núñez, Palermo, Olivos and Vicente López offer different journeys to school and work. Compare the exact home and campus entrance, not a neighbourhood reputation or general travel estimate. Ask about public transport and school-run arrangements relevant to the child’s age. ↗

Nordelta and the Pilar corridor are farther from central Buenos Aires and have multiple school options; journey times and transport arrangements differ by school. Northlands does not provide home-to-school buses as a school service, so a general claim about door-to-door school routes would be misleading.
