Use “Correction” in the subject line. Tell us which detail is incorrect or outdated, and include a supporting document or link where possible. Our corrections policy explains how we check reports and update affected content.
Research tips and family experiences
Suggest a school or topic, or describe an experience that raises a useful question for our research. Include the campus and approximate dates so we can understand the context. Tell us whether you are willing to be named or quoted; sending a tip does not mean agreeing to publication of identifying details.
A personal account can help us investigate a question. It does not establish what every family experiences at a school.
School information and partnerships
School teams can send updated policies, fee schedules and other documents to the same address. For commercial enquiries, read our information for schools and include your school, city and proposed activity. Corrections are considered through the editorial process regardless of any commercial relationship.
