School history, inclusion and campus organisation

The former Multinational School’s learning-support provision is described in published reviews. RGSR identifies an Inclusion department, and its current fee schedule lists paid interventions. This establishes that support is part of the published offer, but not that the school can meet every child’s needs. Discuss the proposed provision and charges with the Inclusion team before accepting a place.

The Riyadh review places Nursery–Year 5 at Qurtobah and Years 6–13 at Ghirnatah, but other expansion descriptions differ. Obtain the allocation for each child’s entry year. Further campuses mentioned in planning should not be treated as available provision.

WhichSchoolAdvisor describes mixed classes through Year 7 and separate classes from Year 8. The school’s admissions FAQ says it offers an inter-campus sibling shuttle rather than home-to-school transport, so families need arrangements for the journey to and from a campus.

Reported inspection outcome and examination results

WhichSchoolAdvisor reports an Outstanding British Schools Overseas inspection outcome. The underlying report was not independently reviewed for this profile, so obtain it to establish the inspection date, campus coverage and recommendations. COBIS and BSME membership are separate from that inspection judgement.

School-shared 2024–25 results reproduced in the review are 23% A*, 61% A*–B and 96% A*–C at A level. I/GCSE figures are 24% A*, 60% A*–A, 87% A*–B and 97% A*–C. The published summary does not give cohort sizes or subject entry counts, which are needed for a fair comparison. Earlier 2023 results concern a different cohort and should not be combined with these figures.

Admissions and cost

Tuition, credited payments and deposits

The published 2026–27 annual tuition schedule, excluding VAT, is SAR 45,368 for Nursery, SAR 46,973 for Reception, SAR 48,685 for Year 1, SAR 55,640 for Year 2 and SAR 55,961 for Year 3. Fees are SAR 59,920 for Years 4–6, SAR 65,538 for Years 7–9, SAR 71,155 for Years 10–11, SAR 76,773 for Year 12 and SAR 80,143 for Year 13.

New students pay a SAR 1,000 administration processing fee and a SAR 3,000 assessment fee. A non-refundable SAR 5,000 holding payment is credited against the first term attended; do not count it again on top of full-year tuition. Refundable book deposits are SAR 500 through Year 3, SAR 1,000 in Years 4–8, SAR 1,500 in Year 9 and SAR 2,000 in Years 10–13. Deposits must be claimed within three months of leaving, after books are returned and fees cleared. Published sibling discounts are 5% for the second child, 10% for the third and 15% for subsequent children.

Learning-support interventions are additional to tuition. The schedule lists mathematics intervention at SAR 5,333.33 per term, for example; the team should specify the services and charges proposed for your child. The school also states that pupils absent for 12 months are de-registered. Families planning a temporary departure should establish the process and fees for returning.

Travel and communication

The Qurtobah Prep campus is on Said Ibn Zayd Road, while Ghirnatah serves the older year groups in the published description. Families with children at both sites should check the sibling-shuttle timetable and collection arrangements after activities. Test the journey from prospective housing to the allocated campus at school arrival and collection times.
